Join the On-site Fervor!

Belli Fiori and The Flower Lab are looking for a vibrant, high-energy individual to join our award-winning design team periodically to support onsite design and setup. This position is for experienced designers, ONLY! If you have at least five years of floral design experience and have a proven track record of transforming recipes into breathtaking designs, we want to meet you!

Job Responsibilities

This is a weekend position for experienced floral designers only!

  • Interpret recipes to create stunning onsite displays (structures, statement pieces, aisle or stairwell setups)

  • Act as the onsite design expert and work with event lead to ensure all aspects of design contract are executed.

  • Troubleshoot any issues in real time and create a workable solution.

  • Assist with general event setup (and strike, if you desire)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a minimum of five years of floral design experience

  • Must have at least two comprehensive years of wedding design experience (does not have to be consecutive)

  • Must be able to think quickly and creatively onsite

  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
