💡 Design Tip: If flowers are in your top three priorities for your wedding day, we recommend allocating a higher percentage of your overall event budget to floral and event design to achieve those jaw-dropping, Instagram-worthy moments.
How to estimate your table counts:
Determine the size tables available at your venue. A general rule is allocating 2-feet of space per person.
72-in round: ~ 10 guests
60-in round: ~ 8 guests
48- in round: ~ 4-6 guests
Divide your estimated guest count by the number of guests each table can hold to determine the number of tables you will need.
Long Tables
If you plan to use long tables, farmhouse tables or serpentine tables, use the 2-foot rule. If you plan to have guests seated on both sides of the table then the following would apply:
8-foot table ~ 8 guests (four on each side)
16-foot table ~16 guests (eight on each side)
Adding people on the ends of your long tables can increase the number of guests seated, but make sure the table is wide enough to accommodate this, and be sure to check with your venue.
