Belli Fiori Featured on Loverly: A Vibrant Fusion Wedding at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa

We’re thrilled to share that Belli Fiori was recently featured on Loverly for our work on Kayla and Varun’s joyful summer wedding at the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa in St. Charles. This unforgettable celebration beautifully blended Hindu and Western traditions, with bold floral color palettes, heartfelt details, and unforgettable design moments.

A Colorful Cultural Celebration

From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this wedding would be one to remember. The day began with a traditional Hindu ceremony held beneath a breathtaking mandap inspired by Kayla’s vibrant lehenga. Rich shades of orange, pink, red, and yellow set the tone, brought to life in the florals, attire, and ceremony decor. The Youngs captured every moment with warmth and elegance, highlighting the love and energy in the air.

Some of our favorite elements? The patterned floral petal aisle and mandap flowers complete with floral garlands. Also, the custom Hindu ceremony program, which thoughtfully explained each step of the intricate and meaningful ritual to their 250 guests.

Western Ceremony on the Rooftop Event Lawn

After the Indian ceremony, guests enjoyed a luncheon as the wedding party changed into their Western wedding attire. Kayla changed into a delicate white gown for their Western ceremony on the rooftop Event Lawn—a stunning venue that overlooks the Missouri River. We carried the joyful color palette into the golden hour with lush florals and vibrant bridesmaid bouquets that popped against their mix-and-match patterned dresses. The rooftop setting with panoramic views, made this part of the day truly magical.

A Reception Full of Texture, Color, and Candlelight

After signature mocktails and a build-your-own samosa experience, guests entered a candlelit ballroom filled with rich hues and mandala-inspired decor. We incorporated various round table shapes to mimic a mandala effect throughout the room and used floral designs to echo the couple’s invitation suite pattern and custom monogram.

Jaw-dropping in-the-round statement arrangements anchored the reception space, drawing guests into the dreamy atmosphere. From laughter-filled toasts to late-night espresso martinis, every detail radiated joy, culture, and connection.

We loved being able to create with such vibrant colors and thoughtful details that truly made an impression on their guests. The look on Kayla and Varun’s faces when they did their room reveal said it all…they were in love with the finished design too!
