A Glamorous Garden Inspired Wedding at Bellerive Country Club

One of our main goals as floral and event designers is to always create a unique day for each of our clients. No two couples are alike, so no two weddings should be either! Some couples come to us with little more than a color palette selected and look to us to help them define their style, while others have a much more specific vision and just need us to bring that vision to life.

Bride Kristen was the type of client who had a pretty good idea of what she wanted, but needed some help figuring out how to turn her vision into reality. When it came time to design Kristen & Frank’s wedding reception at Bellerive Country Club, she requested that the ballroom “not look like a ballroom”. She wanted to bring the outdoors in, and create a glamorous garden feel inside the space.

To help achieve this feeling, we collaborated with the team at Decorum Events to design four wood pergolas that would bring the garden indoors. Each pergola sat over a long guest table that anchored the ballroom and provided a truly unique atmosphere. To balance the pergolas, round guest tables featured a softer look with pastel floral and crystal elements. The design came together beautifully and really captured the glamorous garden feel we were striving for.

We had so much fun working on this design with an amazing team of vendors; thank you to Kristen & Frank for entrusting us all with your wedding vision!
