A Delicate Blush Wedding at Bellerive Country Club
We’ve been daydreaming about this pastel, delicate wedding from last September that we designed for the delightful couple Elizabeth and Brett. For their celebration, the couple placed significant trust in the Belli Fiori team to design everything from the table settings to the room layout. It’s always exciting to have clients who give us so much creative oversight, and we think the final result turned out amazing!
Elizabeth and Brett’s special day started out at Our Lady of Lourdes and featured some gorgeous pew florals and altar arrangements. Adding floral touches to the ceremony location can help create a more cohesive look throughout the entire day, don’t you think?
For photos, the wedding party made its way to Forest Park to pose by the Grand Basin and in front of the iconic King Louis statue. We love the way the pastel colors and clean lines of Elizabeth’s gown and the bridesmaids’ dresses complement the bouquets and help the textures pop!
As a full-service event design company, Belli Fiori was happy to envision and execute a comprehensive look for the entire reception, from the room layout all the way down to smaller details like napkins and chargers. For this task, we worked closely with Décorum Events to bring the ideas to fruition. While many couples may work with a team of many vendors to create the look for their special day, allowing one or two vendors to create the design can streamline the process enormously, meaning less time stressing and more time partying!
For their florals, Elizabeth and Brett chose a timeless garden style featuring a delicate white and pink color scheme that looked incredibly elegant in Bellerive’s freshly remodeled space. Elevated floral pieces added height and drama to the head table, while the guests enjoyed a variety of centerpiece heights and styles at their tables.
Okay, let’s talk about this CAKE! We obviously love flowers here at Belli Fiori, so we were blown away by the incredibly realistic and delicate sugar flowers created by De La Creme Creative Studio. The expertise and skill required to create such true-to-life botanicals is mind-blowing! One of the best parts of being in the events industry is getting to see all the incredible work of our fellow creatives in St. Louis.
The couple’s night ended with dancing in an outdoor tent, where we collaborated with Décorum to dream up a variety of custom details, from the bar to the lighting. We adored the lovebirds’ exciting send-off, complete with sparklers!
